etv99 Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the etv99 platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms.

• These terms and conditions are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• etv99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and etv99 and replace all prior oral or written agreements.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the etv99 website, mobile version, and applications.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
• "Services" refers to the betting, gaming, financial transactions, and all related features provided by etv99.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered profile and all information associated with it.

Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements are mandatory to open an account and use services on etv99:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for ages 21+ only).
• You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and accurate personal information.
• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are opening an account for yourself — not on behalf of or in the interest of any other person or third party.
• You must provide the documents required for identity verification (KYC) when requested by etv99.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

etv99 reserves the right to verify identity at any time to maintain a secure environment. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested.

Account and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. The following security rules must be followed at all times:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify etv99 support immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account unless it is proven that unauthorized access occurred.
• etv99 keeps your information secure using SSL encryption and other technical measures.

3.1 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed immediately.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally instant; contact support if any issue arises.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited. The source of the deposit must be your own registered payment account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• etv99 reserves the right to void winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotions

etv99 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply when claiming these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the original bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies once per new account only.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
• Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on the user's activity and engagement.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A single promotion cannot be used on multiple accounts at the same time.
• If any irregularity or fraud is detected in bonus usage, the bonus will be cancelled.
• etv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Gaming Rules

All games on the etv99 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gaming rules apply to all users:

• Each game has its own rules and regulations as determined by the game software provider.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or server issue, bets will be refunded.
• etv99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round if any irregularity is detected in the game process.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and other recognized providers are available on the platform.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. etv99 may change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the etv99 platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or cybercrime.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Betting using unlawfully obtained information to determine the outcome of cricket or other sports ("insider trading").
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct games or betting.
• Using or attempting to hack another user's account credentials.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of minors.

Betting Terms

8.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In live betting, odds may change at any moment.
• etv99 is not responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to loss of internet connection.

8.2 Cancelled Bets & Refunds

• If any event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or the result is changed due to circumstances, etv99's decision is final.
• If a match is abandoned in BPL, IPL, T20, or international cricket betting, your bet will be refunded.

8.3 Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Payout calculation: bet amount × odds. Winnings are automatically credited to your account.

Responsible Gaming

etv99 always strives to provide a safe and reliable service, however the service is provided on an "as is" basis and complete uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by etv99

etv99 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

12.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any valid balance will be refunded, however bonuses for which wagering has not been completed will be forfeited.

Changes & Amendments

etv99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

• Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication.
• If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
• If you do not accept the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
